Everfuel grants warrants to Deputy CEO

Herning, Denmark, 30 November 2022 - Everfuel A/S today announced the grant of warrants to Martin Skov Hansen following his appointment to deputy CEO at Everfuel from 1 January 2023.

The grant was made by the Board of Directors under an authorisation approved by the Annual General Meeting as part of a warrant program to support long-term employee alignment, commitment and motivation to unlock hydrogen at scale through potential shared ownership.

Skov Hansen was awarded a total of 200,000 warrants in the company without payment of any consideration. Each warrant gives the right to subscribe for one share. The warrants have an exercise price of approximately EUR 4.38 (equivalent to NOK 45.00 per share) based on the closing price of the Everfuel share on 30 November. The exercise period is from the annual general meeting's approval of the Company's annual report for 2025 and the following two years. It is a condition that the recipient has not resigned before start of the exercise period.
